Butter cookie dough used to make Christmas cookies and Easter cookies. Great for kids.

Recipe Ingredients for Mailanderli

125 grams Butter
125 grams Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 medium Egg, Whole
1/2 large Egg, Yolk
250 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached

Recipe Directions for Mailanderli

  1. beat butter

  2. slowly add sugar

  3. keep beating and add eggs

  4. add vanilla

  5. beat in all for 10 minutes

  6. add flour and knead in thoroughly without working the dough too much.

  7. out in refrigerator for 2hrs.

  8. roll out and cut out shapes.

  9. put it back in the fridge until cold.

  10. bake on medium heat for 15-20 minutes
