9 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 1/4 cup coffee
3 tablespoon honey
1 garlic clove, minced
9 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

  1. Mix ingredients and marinade chicken overnight.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees, covered for 20 minutes.

  3. Uncover after 20 minutes and continue baking until chicken is done.
