Mahi Mahi and Shrimp cooked in lime juice with fresh tomatoes

Recipe Ingredients for Mahi Mahi and Shrimp Ceviche

3 oz Mahi Mahi
1 1/2 oz Shrimp Fresh Seafood
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 large Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1/2 oz Jalapeno Pepper
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
5 teaspoon Juice
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Oregano1 serving ground chipotle pepper
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Mahi Mahi and Shrimp Ceviche

  1. Cut fish and shrimp into small cubes.

  2. Chop tomatoes, green onions, jalapeno pepper and cilantro and add to fish mix.

  3. Add lime juice to fish mix.

  4. Add cumin, Mexican oregano, ground chipotle pepper.

  5. Mix thoroughly and season to taste with sea salt and pepper.
