A pasta dish seasoned with Curry :D

Recipe Ingredients for Maharajah

4 Servings Catelli Healthy Harvest Multigrain Pasta
400 grams Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breast pre-roasted
1 tbsp Curry Paste
3 cups 1% Milk
2 cups Broccoli Florets
1 Green Pepper, sliced
1 Carrot, shaved
4 cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Onion, sliced thin half moons
1 tbsp Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Maharajah

  1. While pasta is cooking to Al Dente, Onions and Garlic.

  2. Add curry paste and milk to pan and boil down.

  3. Add veg to pan and simmer

  4. When pasta is done, dump it all together mix and serve
