1/2 tablespoon flax seed oil
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 teaspoon honey
8 ounces water

  1. Peel banana; break into chunks. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend till smooth.

  2. Optional: Add a few cubes of ice, as well as powdered vitamins.
