Super healthy soup. High in fiber and potassium among many other things. Created to address some of my neglected necessary dietary elements.

Recipe Ingredients for Magic soup #1

1/4 cup dried onions
1/4 cup dried red bell peppers
1/2 cup split peas
1/2 cup white beans
1/2 cup red beans
1/2 cup green lentils
1/4 cup dried carrots
1/10 cup rosemary
1/4 cup cilantro
3 oz. spinach
6 grams collard greens
1 orange bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
10 grams celery
6 cups water
14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Magic soup #1

  1. Start with boiling all of the beans in the water.

  2. Add the dried ingredients next and reduce to a steady simmer.

  3. Then add all the fresh ingredients, the greens last.

  4. Continue to cook for another half hour or until beans are soft.

  5. If you are making a big batch to reheat portions later, stop cooking slightly before beans are done. Then you can finish cooking it per later servings.

  6. Season however you prefer.
