1 cup basil, thinly sliced
1 cup cilantro, thinly sliced
1 cup mint, thinly sliced
1 cup pepper, red and orange, thinly sliced
8 oz feta cheese
6 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon mustard, dijon
