Recipe Ingredients for Magic Cookie Bars

14.5 oz Condensed Milk
10 large rectangular piece or 2 squares or 4 small rectangular piec Cookies, Graham Crackers, Plain Or Honey
1 cup Butter
0.5 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.67 cup Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Sweetened, Flaked, Packaged
1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
0.67 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
6 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

Recipe Directions for Magic Cookie Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Line a 13 X 9 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.

  3. Melt butter in microwave.

  4. In food processor, grind 10 graham crackers and 1 c rolled oats into fine crumbs. Add 1 c sugar and mix well.

  5. Mix butter and cracker/oat/sugar mixture into a thick dough.

  6. Press dough into bottom of prepared pan.

  7. Mix together 2/3 c coconut and 2/3 c rolled oats. Sprinkle over dough.

  8. Sprinkle 2/3 c chocolate chips over oat/coconut mixture.

  9. Pour a 14.5 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk over the top.

  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes, rotating pan halfway through cooking, until top is golden brown.

  11. Let cool. Using parchment paper, lift cookies from pan and slice into 38 pieces.

  12. Very rich!
