This is definitely a college kid recipe. I made it when we had hardly any food in the apartment. It ended up really really good though :) When you have more time add clams instead chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for Maggie's Stir-fry

2 package+10+oz+yields Vegetables
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/4 cup sesame oil
2 cups white rice
4 cups water

Recipe Directions for Maggie's Stir-fry

  1. In a large wok heat sesame oil. As it begins to heat up dice chicken breasts.

  2. When the oil is hot add both bags of frozen veggies and chicken. Stir occasionally until veggies are hot and chicken pieces are fully cooked.

  3. In a separate pot bring rice and water to a boil. Stir frequently to prevent rice from sticking. Remove rice from heat when tender.

  4. Serve first a bed of rice, then top with vegetables and chicken.
