1 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper

  2. Add Morningstar crumbles (or Boca) to pan

  3. Add Madras Lentils to pan

  4. Add up to a cup of watr, to desired consistency

  5. Bring to simmer, simmer for 5 minutes
