Recipe Ingredients for Made up greenish curry

1/4 cup lemongrass
2 tablespoons fresh ginger
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon turmeric
2 tablespoons tomato
1/4 cup cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 jalapeno pepper
2 cups cauliflower
2 cups broccoli
1 cup asparagus
1 cup snap peas
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 cup uncooked brown rice
2 chicken breast
3 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for Made up greenish curry

  1. Mix spices, peanut oil, ginger, cilantro, garlic, lemongrass, lime juice and tomato in food processor to make paste.

  2. Brown chicken with the paste then add veggies and milks
