Recipe Ingredients for mad4moon beef/pepper/onion over rice

1 pound steak, rib eye
1 large green pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 large onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon catsup
1 cup uncooked brown rice

Recipe Directions for mad4moon beef/pepper/onion over rice

  1. Brown steak in skillet. Add onion and saute until translucent. Add remaining ingredients (except rice). Cover; cook on low 15 minutes.

  2. Serve over 1/2 cup cooked rice.
