Easy Macrobiotic soup. Taste of ginger warms the body.

Recipe Ingredients for Macrobiotic Squash Soup

3 cups Buttercup Squash, or 1 whole squash
1 onion
1/8 cup Ginger Root - about a 2 inch root
2 tbsp Eden Genmai (Brown Rice) Miso

Recipe Directions for Macrobiotic Squash Soup

  1. Bake squash until tender.

  2. Cut up onions and boil until tender.

  3. Shred ginger root (keep juices).

  4. Combine all in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.

  5. Heat and serve.
