4 fillet Mackerel, Atlantic
350 grams Cream Cheese Light
10 grams Juice
3 grams Salt, Table
2 grams Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Mackerel Pate

Put the mackerel fillets, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt & pepper into a food processer and blend intill smooth. Adjust salt, pepper and lemon juice to your taste. Place in the fridge over night and serve with toast, crackers or crispbread.
