This is a basic curry dish. The flavor can be modified by changing the spices in the curry powder.

Recipe Ingredients for Macintosh Curry #4

4 lb Chicken Breast
2 large Green Bell Pepper
2 medium Red Onion (whole)
4 medium Tomato
2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
2 tbsp Ginger Root
4 clove Garlic
5 tbsp Curry Powder
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Macintosh Curry #4

Cut the chicken, onion, pepper, and tomatoes into bit-sized pieces. Saute the chicken in the olive oil with the ginger and garlic. Remove the chicken and saute the onion until slightly wilted. Add the peppers, onions, chicken, and curry powder. Simmer covered for 45 minutes. Mix the flour with a half cup of water. Add the mixture to the curry and cook to thicken. Salt to taste.
