Recipe Ingredients for Macho Chili

1 lb sirloin (ground)
4 lb kidney beans
12 oz refried beans
8 oz tomato paste
20 oz tomatoes
10 oz tomato juice
2 onions
3 red bell peppers
2 green bell peppers
5 celery stalks
1/2 lb mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Macho Chili

  1. Spice to taste (salt, cumin, chilli flakes, lots and lots of garlic, corriander, all spice, nutmeg and oregano).

  2. Brown beef, chop veggies and combine everything in a slow cooker on low. Cook 12 to 24 hours until veggies 'melt' into sauce.
