Recipe Ingredients for macaroni vegetable stock cube

175 grams Macaroni, Dry, Enriched
125 grams Broccoli
2 medium Carrots
1 medium raw Leeks
150 grams Petit Pois Peas
85 grams Natural Chunk Cheese - 2% Reduced Fat - Sharp Cheddar
1/2 oz Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp ICBINB! Light (Soft)
1 oz Flour
6 fl oz Milk
1 teaspoon English Mustard
10 grams Vegetable Stock Cubes

Recipe Directions for macaroni vegetable stock cube

  1. Boil and drain the pasta.

  2. boil broccoli and carrots for 3 minutes, then add leek and boil for further 1 minute, then petit pois for final minute.

  3. melt spread in saucepan, add flour and stir for 1 minute, gradually add milk stirring continuously. add mustard and stock cube and whisk. simmer until thickened.

  4. mix all ingredients so far then sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs then grill for 10 minutes under a medium heat.
