Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni and Tomato Casserole

1 pound ground beef
1/2 medium yellow onion
4 cloves garlic
2 cups uncooked macaroni
28 ounces diced tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Macaroni and Tomato Casserole

  1. Brown ground beef.

  2. Pour beef into a bowl and then drain the grease back into frying pan.

  3. Dice onion and garlic and saute in grease until tender.

  4. While onion is cooking boil water and cook pasta, drain.

  5. Combine all ingredients in a casserole dish and bake at 375 for 30 min, or until heated through.
