Macaroni with beef in tomato sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni Skillet

4 oz Beef, Ground, 85% Lean Meat / 15% Fat, Patty
0.5 cup, diced Celery
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
4 oz Macaroni, Dry, Enriched
1.5 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
0.4 tsp Sea Salt
0.16 tsp Pepper, Black
0.16 tsp Garlic Powder
1 cup Tomato Sauce No Salt Added
3.6 oz Stewed Tomatoes, Original Recipe
0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1.5 oz Tomato Paste

Recipe Directions for Macaroni Skillet

  1. Brown hamburger, onions, celery, and seasonings.

  2. Add dry macaroni, fry for ten minutes, or until macaroni is browned slightly.

  3. Add tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, and water. Bring to a boil.

  4. Boil for time indicated on macaroni package, minus one minute.

  5. Immediately remove from heat and stir in half a cup of ice cubes, and tomato paste.

  6. Serve immediately.
