Macaroni salad with light mayonnaise dressing.

Recipe Ingredients for macaroni salad

250 grams Elbow Macaroni
224 g Light Mayonnaise
200 grams Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
4 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 cup slices Carrots
0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 large Egg, Whole
2 tbsp chopped Onions
2 tbsp Light Cream

Recipe Directions for macaroni salad

  1. cook macaroni according to directions. set aside. dice chicken into small pieces. mince the onion finely. dice up the carrots. grate the cheese. boil the eggs, peel then cut up into chunks.

  2. Put everything together in a bowl except mayonnaise, juice and cream. Mix everything thoroughly.

  3. Fold in mayo, juice and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
