variation of Hungry Girls Creamy Dreamy Macaroni Salad

Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni Salad

3 oz whole wheat rotini
3 oz whole wheat elbow macaroni
2 cup dry broccoli slaw
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 table spoons dill pickle relish
2 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup miracle whip
2 tbl miracle whip
1 1/2 tbl white vinegar
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 packet no-calorie sweetener

Recipe Directions for Macaroni Salad

  1. cook pasta drain and cool

  2. mix miracle whip, mustard, vinegar, no-calorie sweetener, and relish in bowl set aside

  3. mix all other ingredients in large bowl, add cooled pasta, mix in dressing to coat.

  4. cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving
