Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni Salad

38 oz Macaroni
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 cup Salad Dressing, Mayonnaise Type, Regular
1/4 cup Vinegar red wine
1/2 cup Sugars, Granulated
20 olives Manzanilla Pimiento Stuffed Olives
3 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
3 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Macaroni Salad

  1. Cook the pasta al dente, cool under cold water once cooked.

  2. Meanwhile grate the carrots and chop the celery and olives.

  3. Combine the pasta, vegetables, and olives in a large bowl.

  4. Whisk together the mayo, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper, pour this over the salad, and stir together gently.

  5. The salad is good like this -- but it's even better if it gets a chance to sit in the fridge, covered, for an hour or two.
