Recipe Ingredients for macaroni salad

150 g macaroni elbows
150 g green bell pepper
100 gram tomato
6 olives
2 cloves of garlic
50 g mushroom
1 tsp salt
1 tbs white vinegar

Recipe Directions for macaroni salad

  1. Boil the macaroni in water and little salt

  2. saute the garlic with vinegar then add the mushroom in non-stick pan

  3. add the pepper and tomatoes and mix

  4. add the macaroni ( a la dente)

  5. chop the olives and sprinkle spices

  6. you can add tuna or anchovy for extra protiens
