Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni Salad

8 ounce pasta
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
4 ounce cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, minced
1/8 teaspoon paprika

Recipe Directions for Macaroni Salad

  1. In large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta accordingly to package directions, drain in colander, rinse under cold water to cool and drain again.

  2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegar, relish, pepper and pepper sauce.

  3. In large bowl, combine pasta, cheese, pepper and onions. Add mayo mixture and stir to combine. Sprinkle with paprika.
