Recipe Ingredients for macaroni salad

3/4 cup vegenaise
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 black pepper
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
2 radishes, grated
2 carrots, peeled and grated
1 pound elbow macaroni

Recipe Directions for macaroni salad

  1. combine all dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl. mix with a fork until completely blended.

  2. add radishes, carrots, peas and set aside to cook macaroni.

  3. transfer cooked macaroni to bowl, toss to coat.

  4. cover and refrigerate.

  5. serve when cold
