Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni Salad

4 cup Elbow Macaroni
8 oz Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Vinegar distilled
0.67 cup Sugars, Granulated
7 1/2 tsp Classic Yellow
1/2 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
1 large Onions
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green

Recipe Directions for Macaroni Salad

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the macaroni, and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, and pepper. Stir in the onion, celery, green pepper, and macaroni. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving, but preferably overnight.
