A simple macaroni salad with hard boiled eggs and canned tuna

Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni Salad

1 lb macaroni
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
4 oz black olives, sliced
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
6 oz chunk light tuna in water
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp yellow mustard

Recipe Directions for Macaroni Salad

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain in a colander and rinse with cold water.

  2. Prepare other ingredients while macaroni is cooking.

  3. Mix everything together in a large bowl.
