Light macaroni salad with sweet peppers

Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni salad #2

1 1/2 cups macaroni
3/4 cup sweet peppers
1/3 cup carrots
1/8 cup hellmann's canola cholesterol free mayonnaise
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1/8 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Macaroni salad #2

  1. Cook macaroni noodles according to instructions.

  2. Dice peppers and carrots.

  3. Toss all ingredients.

  4. Chill for at least one hour for best results.

  5. Toss in Parmesan cheese before serving.
