2 cups dry elbow macaroni
10 oz condensed tomato soup
2 oz low fat cream cheese
1 tbsp canola oil
1 stalk celery
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
3 green onions
1 cup spinach

  2. brown ground beef

  3. add all other ingredients

  4. add cooked macaroni
