Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni meatloaf

400 g beef mince
1 medium onion
3/4 cup macaroni
2 eggs
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp tomato paste
1 pepper
1/4 cup low fat milk
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Macaroni meatloaf

  1. Cook the macaroni until tender.

  2. Chop the onion.

  3. Add the mince, chopped onion, eggs, curry powder, salt, pepper and 3 tbsp of the tomato paste to a mixing bowl with the macaroni.

  4. Mix the ingredients, pouring in the milk as you go.

  5. Transfer to a meatloaf dish and cook at 180 degrees centigrade for 50 minutes.

  6. Mix the remaining tbsp of tomato paste with the worcestershire sauce to make a glaze for the meatloaf. Remove from the oven and coat the top, then cook for another ten minutes.
