My recipe made over for less sodium and higher fiber. I used the whole wheat Barilla that was not in list, so fiber is higher than computed.

Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni and Hamburger Makeover

16 ounces sirloin, ground
13 1/4 ounces Barilla Pasta Pasta Shells
30 ounces Muir Glen Tomato Sauce , no salt, organic
28 ounces tomatoes, canned, diced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
3 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
8 ounces mushrooms, canned

Recipe Directions for Macaroni and Hamburger Makeover

Brown sirloin with onion, and green pepper, drain. In the meantime, boil pasta without salt to desired doneness. Add tomatoes, sauce, mushrooms, garlic, chili powder, pepper and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 1/2 hour.
