Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni and Chicken

16 oz Fiber Gourmet Elbow Macaroni
42 oz Chicken
16 oz Mushrooms
1.75 cup Ready-Cut - Diced Tomatoes
1 medium raw Onion Yellow
325 grams Pepper Strips
2.5 cup Heart Smart Traditional Italian Sauce
6 tsp Garlic

Recipe Directions for Macaroni and Chicken

  1. Boil water and add pasta

  2. Dice onion

  3. In a deep pan, coat with pam olive oil spray and then saute onions, bell pepper strips, mushrooms, crushed garlic and tomatoes

  4. When vegetables are soft, remove from pan and reserve

  5. In the same pan, place ground chicken and cook until browned, then add back vegetables and spaghetti sauce and heat until bubbling

  6. Add salt, pepper, italian seasonings to taste

  7. Combine pasta sauce with pasta
