A wonderful cheesy dish. No one will ever know it doesn't really have cheese in it.

Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni and Cheeseless

1 cup cashews
6 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
2 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup red bell pepper
3 cups macaroni, uncooked

Recipe Directions for Macaroni and Cheeseless

  1. Cook macaroni noodles according to directions on package.

  2. Put cashews, nutritional yeast flakes, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and red bell pepper in a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Place cooked macaroni in a 9 X 13 dish and pour the blended mixture over it.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
