Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni & Cheese SM way

8 oz. elbow macaroni
1/2 c. onion, shredded
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 T. mustard
1/4 c. bread crumbs
18 oz alfredo sauce
1 T. butter
1/2 t. black pepper
1/2 t. paprika
1 1/2 c. yellow squash
1 egg
2 T. parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe Directions for Macaroni & Cheese SM way

Saute in butter the onion in a large skillet. Once cool stir in macaroni, milk, sauce & cheese. Cook on medium heat until clicking starts. Uncover and stir in squash, egg, mustard & spices. Spread on top, the bread crumbs, mixed with the Parmesan cheese. Return to medium. covererd and once it clicks, turn it down to low. Cook on low for 25 minutes. Open the lid and let set for 10 minutes.
