Easy, no-bake macaroni & cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni & Cheese

3 cups dry macaroni, cook al dente
2/3 cup milk
1 lb velveeta cheese, cubed
1/4 tsp dry mustard powder
1/2 tsp ground turmeric

Recipe Directions for Macaroni & Cheese

Start simmering water in bottom of double-boiler. Place milk, cheese, mustard powder, turmeric, and salt and pepper to taste in top part, stir occasionally with whisk until smooth. Stir pasta into hot cheese, keep over hot water until serving time. If it begins to thicken too much, stir in a little milk to dilute.
