Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni cheese

75 grams Macaroni, Dry, Enriched
1 serving flora cuisine
1 clove Garlic
7 fl oz Milk
10 grams Cornflour
50 grams Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
60 grams Eat smart mature grated cheese
82 grams Onions

Recipe Directions for Macaroni cheese

Preheat the oven at 190oC Gas mark 5. Put the macaroni in boiling water, while the macaroni is cooking saute the onions and the garlic in the flora cuisine until soft, but not coloured, then add the milk and bring to a simmer mix the cornflour in a little water and add to the milk. Once it starts to thicken add salt & pepper to taste and then add 50g of the cheese and keep a little back for the topping. Once the macaroni is cook, drain it and add to the cheese sauce, mix together and divide between 2 dishes mix the breadcrumbs with the rest of the cheese and place on top of the cheese sauce and pasta. Place in the oven for about 10 - 15 mins when the top is golden brown serve with vegetables.
