Another great holiday favorite w/ less fat

Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni & Cheese

8 oz Whole Wheat Rotini
4 oz Fat Free Milk
6 oz Squash Butternut
1 cup Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1/4 tsp or 1 packet Mustard, Prepared, Yellow
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1/2 oz Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain

Recipe Directions for Macaroni & Cheese

  1. Preheat oven 375

  2. Cook pasta as directed

  3. In saucepan, combine milk and squash until done. Remove from heat and stir in cheese, salt, mustard, and pepper.

  4. Pour drained pasta into an 8X8 baking dish & stir in the cheese mixture; top with parmesan cheese & bread crumbs. Bake for 20 mins.
