Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni and Cheese

2 c. dried elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 c. cheddar cheese, cubed

Recipe Directions for Macaroni and Cheese

Preheat oven to 350; cook pasta in boiling salted water 10 min. or until cooked, drain and put into baking dish. Make cheese sauce by melting butter and stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk and cook and stir until sauce thickens. Add cheese, stir until melted. Stir sauce into macaroni in baking dish and bake, uncovered 25-30 min.
