Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni and Cheese

12 oz Ronzoni Smart Pasta
2 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium and Vitamins Soft
0.25 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Unenriched
2 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 cup Light
8 oz 2% Milk Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 cups Baby Spinach
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Macaroni and Cheese

  1. Cook macaroni.

  2. Melt butter in pot. Add flour, cook for 2 minutes. Whisk in milk and broth. Bring to boil and cook until smooth and thick.

  3. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Remove from heat and add cheddar cheese.

  5. add cooked macaroni and baby spinach.

  6. Pour into baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam.

  7. Top with Parmesan cheese.

  8. Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes.
