Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni and Cheese

5 oz Velveeta
1/4 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
2 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Salt, Table
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
1/2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 3/4 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
5 cup elbow shaped Macaroni, Whole-wheat, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Macaroni and Cheese

  1. Cook macaroni

  2. Cook butter, salt, pepper, and onion until onion is soft.

  3. Add flour. Cook until flour turns smooth and bubbly.

  4. Add milk. Cook to boiling.

  5. Add cheese.

  6. Combine cheese and pasta.
