Healthy mac-n-cheese that tastes as good as the real thing

Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni and Cheese

16 ounces elbows, cooked
1 cup skim milk
1 tbsp corn starch
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 tbsp mustard
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Macaroni and Cheese

Cook pasta. In separate saucepan warm milk over medium low heat. Do not allow the milk to come to a boil. When milk begins to form small bubble around edge of surface. Whisk in cornstarch, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. All milk mixture to thicken. Then mix in grated cheese, stir until all cheese is melted. Combine with cooked pasta and it is ready to serve.
