Casserole dish macaroni & cheese.

Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni & Cheese

2 1/2 cups skim milk
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup onion
16 ounces elbow macaroni
1/2 pound american cheese

Recipe Directions for Macaroni & Cheese

  1. Cook 16 ounces of macaroni per package instructions. Should be el dente because it will cook more in the oven. Set oven temp to 350 degrees.

  2. Saute 1/4 cup chopped onions in butter for 3 to 5 minutes. Add flour and cook for at least 1 minute. Add skim milk and cook until it thickens. Add cheese and cook until it melts. Add cooked macaroni to milk mixture and then add to casserole dish coated with cooking spray. Bake for 30 minutes until bubbly
