Using low fat cheese doesnt take away from great taste.

Recipe Ingredients for macaroni & cheese

70 g brie cheese
100 g cheddar cheese, low fat
200 g penne
4 tbs evaporated milk
3 oz cream cheese, low fat
4 oz egg beater
1 salt
1 pepper
100 g mixed veg, frozen
2 knorr cubes
40 g onion, chopped
2 tbs parmassan cheese

Recipe Directions for macaroni & cheese

  1. cook pasta

  2. drain

  3. add all ingredients except parmesan into pot, cook for 5-10 mins

  4. transfer to oven dish

  5. sprinkle parmesan on top

  6. cook for 40 mins on 350heat
