Easy recipe. Use a 16 oz block of Velveeta with 2% milk instead of the 12 oz regular.

Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni and Cheese

2 cans cream of mushroom soup
16 oz milk
12 oz velveeta cheese
2 lbs elbow macaroni

Recipe Directions for Macaroni and Cheese

  1. Cut the Velveeta into cubes

  2. Boil water, add the elbow macaroni and cook until al dente. Drain the water.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a baking pan

  4. Bake at 350 degrees until the liquid has been absorbed, about 30 minutes
