Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni and Cheese

4 cups cooked macaroni
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp butter
1 tsp flour
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup sour cream

Recipe Directions for Macaroni and Cheese

  1. On medium, heat oil and butter in pan. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook for 1 minute, stirring.

  2. Slowly stir in milk. Add sour cream. Cook until mix starts to thicken. Turn off heat. Add cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.

  3. Cook macaroni per directions. Drain and add to large pasta bowl. Add cheese mix and toss to coat.
