Macaroni and Cheese Full fat recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni and Cheese

1 tbsp (15g) unsalted butter
1 tbsp flour
1 cup whole milk
2 ounces macaroni
3 ounces cheese
1 tbsp bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Macaroni and Cheese

  1. Boil macroni till al dente

  2. Melt butter in heavy saucepan, add flour. Stir with whisk over medium heat for a few minutes. Add cayenne. While stiring constantly slowly add milk.

  3. Boil gently and stir often till thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. Add chedder and cooked macaroni.

  4. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
