Homemade mac and cheese with an easy cheese sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni and Cheese

4.41 serving catelli multigrain fusilli
1.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 oz Cream Cheese Light
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
2.5 cup 1% Milk
1/4 cup Flour, All Purpose
0.5 tsp Mustard
1/4 tsp Table Salt
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
0.25 tsp Paprika
3 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Macaroni and Cheese

Cook pasta according to directions, drain and set aside. Combine milk and flour in a med pot over a med heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, around 5 - 6 min. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir until all cheeses are melted. Combine with cooked pasta. Put in a casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; bake in oven preheated to 375F for 30 - 35 min.
