Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni and Cheese Pudding

2 1/2 cup Elbow macaroni
1/4 cup ICBINB! Regular (Soft)
1/4 cup Flour
2 1/4 cup Skim Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper
2 cups Grated Cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Macaroni and Cheese Pudding

  1. Cook Macaroni according to instructions.

  2. Layer half the pasta in a casserole dish, place 1/3 of the cheese on top. Layer remaining pasta and 1/3 of cheese.

  3. Melt Margarine and add flour to form a roux.

  4. Add Milk, a little at a time stirring until absorbed.

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Pour warm roux over Macaroni and Cheese. Spread remaining cheese on the top.

  7. Bake for half an hour at 375.
