its mac and cheese done somewhat healthy made with no butter .I put ground beef with it but you could easily do it with chicken.

Recipe Ingredients for macaroni and cheese (made with 80/20 ground beef)

3 oz pasta
46 3/5 g cheese
1/4 cup skim milk
4 oz ground beef

Recipe Directions for macaroni and cheese (made with 80/20 ground beef)

boil water for pasta and next pan fry ground beef.Once water comes to boil place the pasta in the pot and cook for approximately 15 minutes.When its aldente pour pasta into ground beef,also when you strain your pasta pour 1 cup of hot pasta water into your ground beef pan(this will help make a sauce without the use of butter).Now put the skim milk and cheese and stir till its all mixed well.Note:the heat should be on med or med high as long as continue to stir.
