Recipe Ingredients for Macaroni & Cheese - Healthy & Light

8 oz Elbows
8 oz Sharp Cheddar 2% Milk Reduced Fat
1 serving Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
12 tbsp Light Sour Cream
0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
6 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tbsp Butter
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
1 large Egg, Whole
3 serving 4c plain breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Butter
0.25 tsp Paprika

Recipe Directions for Macaroni & Cheese - Healthy & Light

  1. mix first 10 ingredients

  2. place in 2qt baking dish and cover with combined breadcrumb topping.

  3. bake at 350 degrees covered for 45 minutes

  4. uncover and cook 5 minutes longer or until breadcrumb topping becomes golden brown

  5. enjoy!
